Rooms 5 & 6

These two rooms are on the ground floor and have inter-connecting doors which means the rooms can be used together for up to 5 people all year round. They can also be used as self catering.

Room 5 has access straight from the outside. There are a few extras that come with this room! The bedroom has a double bed, two comfy armchairs to relax on and a large flat screen TV with Freeview. Off the bedroom there is a large bathroom, with an electric shower over the bath and a slip mat is provided. One more added extra is the fully fitted and kitted out kitchen/diner. The table in the kitchen can seat up to five people (we can provide extra chairs). Interconnecting doors lead to:

Room 6 which was the original ‘breakfast’ room where the lady of the house would read or write letters in the sunshine. The bay window allows the light in all day. There is a two seater leather sofa to relax on, plus the single bed when not in use doubles as a ‘day’ bed. The main bed is king size and there is a shower ensuite. The features of the room include a traditional tiled fireplace, picture rail, bell push (still not working!), high ceiling and cornicing.

All our bedrooms contain flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD/CD player, alarm clock radio, extensive beverage tray with biscuits, bottled mineral water, hairdryer, bathrobes, toiletries and lots more.
