• 3 bedrooms - double, twin and bunk beds. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp. Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen can be provided at an extra £5.00pw per person.

  • The lounge has a 3 seater and 2 x 2 seater sofas. Wide screen TV with Sky World, DVD, video, and midi cd hifi system.
  • The dining room has a table to seat up to 8 people, plus a portable colour TV for play station use only, books and games.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.
  • From the kitchen there is an enclosed garden with a patio, garden furniture, and lawned area.
  • Electric and gas are included in the price.
  • Off road parking for 2 cars, is in front of the house.

WHAT’S IN PAR?

Par is a village by the sea. It has a Somerfield supermarket plus several spar type shops, post-office, several pubs, a Chinese takeaway, a fish and chip shop, a green grocer, butchers, hairdressers and 2 chemists.

The beach is only a 6 minute walk (all on the flat), and there is a play area (with swings etc) just before you get to the beach.

There is also a lake, a park, a running track and several football pitches.

There is also a medical centre, a dentist, and a library.

The train station is a 5 minute walk away, and the local buses run on a regular basis
