In addition to our Bed & Breakfast business we can offer one or two of our rooms as luxury self-catering accommodation depending on the number in your party and your budget.
Pensilver Self Catering Accommodation
Pensilver (Rooms 6 & 7) is on the ground floor and is part of Penrose Bed and Breakfast. As a one-bedroom apartment it can sleep 2 people, with the extra bedroom it can sleep up to 5 people. The apartment has recently been refurbished.
As a one-bedroom apartment you get:
- A large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer, bathrobes, toiletries, alarm clock radio, two armchairs, wide screen TV with Freeview and DVD.
- A bathroom, which has a bath with electric shower over, toilet and hand basin. Towels are provided together with shampoo/conditioner, bath foam and shower gel.
- A fully fitted kitchen including a double oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, table and two chairs, plus an extensive beverage tray.
- French doors open onto the patio. The garden is for all to share.
- Parking is for one car and electric is included in the price.
- Pensilver is non-smoking, however, we do not mind smoking in the garden.
As a two-bedroom apartment you also get:
- An extra bedroom with a king size bed, single bed, two seater leather sofa in the bay window, dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, Freeview, DVD/CD player, hairdryer, bathrobes, toiletries and alarm clock radio.
- An ensuite with shower, toilet and hand basin. Towels are provided together with shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. There are inter-connecting doors to the first bedroom.
